SleeveNotes

For iPhone and iPad · Requires an Apple Music subscription

Your own music, with a DJ who knows the stories behind it: who wrote what, who played on it, and how one song leads to the next.

What it does

An AI DJ between songs. Short, voiced notes about the song, the album or the band. You choose the DJ's name, personality, voice and how much it talks.
Stations from a mood. Say what you're in the mood for, or pick a feeling and an activity, and SleeveNotes builds an endless station you can steer while it plays.
The Ontology Explorer. Type any word and wander a map of connected artists, albums, songs and styles, then play or save what you find as a playlist.
Record-shelf Now Playing. The album sits face-out on a shelf of worn records. Turn your device sideways for useless facts and concerts near you.
Optional local extras. Weather, news and events for your area, only if you turn them on.

SleeveNotes is in a small invite-only test. New accounts need an invite code for now.
